Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Automotive Supervisor to lead a team in the Inspection Center, ensuring efficient handling of inventory and adherence to quality standards. You will guide production priorities, coach associates, and coordinate with the Inspection Center GM to assess repairs and inventory quality.

The role emphasizes producing high-volume, high-quality results, safety, and the ability to train staff on Quality Control standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while hitting production and quality targets.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the team; identify strengths and weaknesses; plan improvements.
