Job summary

Carvana in Washington state seeks an Inventory Supervisor to lead hourly staff at an Inspection Center, ensuring efficient flow and quality control. The role focuses on meeting production targets and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated understanding of reconditioning processes and lean principles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities and develop performance improvements.
• Provide coaching, development and feedback to team members.
• Create a constructive work environment aligned with Carvana’s values and goals.
• Communicate expectations and performance metrics clearly to the team.
