Job summary

The Anderson Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Inventory Clerk to join our on-site team in NW Raleigh. You will support floorplan processes, move vehicles between channels, and ensure accurate title preparation and wholesale billing.

Ideal candidates have DMS experience, solid Excel skills, and an accounting or related background. Valid license required; a collaborative, improvement-oriented mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS).
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up floorplan payoff.
• Stock units purchased off street and from auction.
• Pay transportation bills.
• Prepare titles for auction for our locations.
• Post payments for wholesales.
• Move cars from TRAC/Rental to used car inventory.
• Bill all wholesale deals.
• Maintain the 212 & 310 schedules.
• Backup for dealer trades, intercompany trades, new car inventory, floorplan.
• Promote a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• All other tasks/projects as assigned.
