Anderson Automotive Group is expanding its accounting team within the Inventory department and is seeking an on-site professional in NW Raleigh. The role emphasizes accurate floorplan management, title preparation, wholesale billing, and inventory transfers, with collaboration across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in accounting, experience with DMS/CDK, strong Excel skills, and leadership abilities to coach and guide staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS).
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills.
• Previous automotive accounting and CDK experience (preferred).
• Supervisory or Team Lead skills with the ability to coach, train and give day-to-day direction and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required.

Responsabilités

• Setting up floorplan payoff.
• Stocking in all units purchased off the street and from auction/enterprise.
• Paying all transportation bills.
• Getting titles ready for auction for our locations.
• Posting payments for wholesales.
• Moving cars from TRAC/Rental to used car inventory.
• Billing all wholesale deals.
• Maintaining the 212 & 310 schedules.
• Backup for dealer trades, intercompany trades, new car inventory, floorplan.
• Promote a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• All other tasks/projects as assigned.
