Hendrick Automotive Group in Cary, NC seeks a detail-oriented accounting clerk to maintain inventory records and record profit from vehicle sales. You will post incentives, commissions, and deal details, ensuring accuracy and timely computation.

Responsibilities include posting daily payments, balancing gross profit with management, and maintaining essential schedules such as Contracts in Transit, Incentives, and Inventory Reconciliation.

Formación

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous Accounting experience in a high volume environment desired.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory schedules.
• Record profit from sale of vehicles.
• Record salesperson commissions.
• Verify and ensure prompt payment of factory incentives.
• Post all incentive payments and post all deals to the deal log.
• Receipt daily ACH contract fundings.
• Balance gross profit with manager’s monthly front end.
• Maintain various schedules (Contracts in Transit, Incentives, Trade Payoff, Lien Payoff, Inventory Reconciliation).
• Ensure CSI at or above company standards.
• Follow company policies and safety rules.
