Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Previous automotive accounting and CDK experience preferred.
• Supervisory or team lead skills with coaching and direction.

Aufgaben

• Set up floorplan payoff for inventory.
• Stock units purchased off the street and from auction/enterprise.
• Pay transportation bills and prepare titles for auction.
• Post payments for wholesales and move cars between TRAC/Rental and used car inventory.
• Bill all wholesale deals and maintain schedules 212 & 310.
• Back up dealer trades and intercompany trades, and inventory control.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement; assist on other projects.
