Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an on-site accounting professional to support the Inventory team in NW Raleigh, Monday through Friday. This role focuses on floorplan payoff, unit stocking, titles for auction, and wholesale billing within a growing family-owned dealer group.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree in accounting or related field, experience with a dealership management system (DMS), and strong Excel skills; CDK experience is preferred, with supervisory capabilities a

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Supervisory or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Setting up floorplan payoff.
• Stocking in all units purchased off the street and from auction/enterprise.
• Paying all transportation bills.
• Getting titles ready for auction for our locations.
• Posting payments for wholesales.
• Moving cars from TRAC/Rental to used car inventory.
• Billing all wholesale deals.
• Maintaining the 212 & 310 schedules.
• Backup for dealer trades, intercompany trades, new car inventory, floorplan.
• Promote a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• All other tasks/projects as assigned.

What we are looking for

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
