Job summary

The Anderson Automotive Group in Raleigh is seeking an Automotive Inventory Clerk to join our on-site team, Monday through Friday. This role supports floorplan payoff, stock, and title preparation for auctions, with responsibilities across wholesale and dealer trades.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in accounting, experience with a dealership management system (DMS), and strong Excel skills. CDK experience and supervisory ability are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS).
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Setting up floorplan payoff.
• Stocking in all units purchased off the street and from auction/enterprise.
• Paying all transportation bills.
• Getting titles ready for auction for our locations.
• Posting payments for wholesales.
• Moving cars from TRAC/Rental to used car inventory.
• Billing all wholesale deals.
• Maintaining the 212 & 310 schedules.
• Backup for dealer trades, intercompany trades, new car inventory, floorplan.
• Promote a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• All other tasks/projects as assigned.
