Job summary

DARCARS of Silver Spring is seeking an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC)/Internet Sales to serve as the digital bridge between customers and our dealership. The role handles inbound prospects, guides them through needs analysis, and links them with a responsive in-store sales manager to navigate the path to purchase.

You will follow scripts, manage leads in CRM, and ensure timely follow-up while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be computer savvy and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CRM experience preferred but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Pull and manage leads in the CRM.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, text, chat, or email.
• Serve as first contact on products, services, and the DARCARS brand.
• Convert online interest into in-store appointments.
• Log customer interactions in real time and meet performance metrics.
• Collaborate with dealership personnel to drive sales.
• Learn from the manufacturer to become an expert.
