Job summary

DARCARS of Silver Spring is seeking an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) / Internet Sales to join our team on site. You’ll be the digital bridge between the dealership and customers, guiding them through questions, providing product information, and connecting them with a sales manager to complete their path to purchase.

You’ll pull and manage leads in our CRM, respond to inquiries across phone, text, chat, or email, and strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• To be computer savvy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a team-first mentality.
• Ability to multi-task and manage leads efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

Responsibilities

• Pull and manage leads through our CRM.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, chat, or email.
• Serve as a knowledgeable first point of contact on products, services, and the DARCARS brand.
• Follow communication scripts to maintain consistency and quality.
• Log all customer interactions in real-time.
• Build strong working relationships with dealership personnel.
• Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time and conversion metrics.
• Learn and train with the manufacturer to become an expert.
