Ciocca Audi/VW of Flemington is seeking a energetic sales professional to coach and lead a growing team, helping customers choose vehicles and achieve sales targets.

You will present and demonstrate new and used vehicles with a focus on customer satisfaction, while mentoring staff and driving performance in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; basic computer/math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coach sales staff on closing techniques and mentor performance.
• Set sales goals, monitor progress, and lead the team to exceed quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening.
• Deliver high-quality, professional product presentations and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership and management experience a plus
• Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
