Ciocca Audi/VW of Flemington is seeking an energetic sales professional to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will coach sales staff on closing deals, set and track sales goals, and assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening to their needs while delivering confident product demonstrations.

The role is full-time with Saturdays, offering a competitive pay plan and comprehensive benefits, including PTO, holidays, and a robust 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership leadership or training is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Coach salespeople on closing deals and mentor to improve performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to exceed quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and help close deals.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership and management experience a plus
• Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
