City Auto Memphis is seeking a full-time Automotive Internet Sales Representative to manage online leads, respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and use social media to generate interest in our vehicles.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, motivated individual ready to grow in automotive sales. We offer a 4-day workweek with 5 consecutive days off each month, and Sundays closed to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Internet Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for turning online interest into real dealership opportunities. You’ll respond to inbound internet leads, follow up with customers by phone, email, text, chat, and social media, and help set appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.

You’ll also create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and reels for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines inside sales, lead follow-up, appointment setting, customer service, CRM management, and digital engagement.
