City Auto Memphis is seeking a full-time Automotive Internet Sales Representative to manage online leads, respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and use social media to generate interest in our vehicles.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, motivated individual ready to grow in automotive sales. We offer a 4-day workweek with 5 consecutive days off each month, and Sundays closed to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize follow-up with customers.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented in a fast-paced dealership.
• Experience in automotive internet sales, BDC, digital marketing, or inside sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn online interest into dealership opportunities by responding to inbound leads.
• Follow up with customers by phone, email, text, chat, and social media to set appointments.
• Create engaging social media content (photos, videos, reels) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Manage CRM tasks and contribute to digital engagement strategies.
