Qualifications

• Prior internet or automotive sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and CRM proficiency.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat messages.
• Build rapport with customers through email, phone, and text communication.
• Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate and detailed notes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs.
• Follow up on unsold leads and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed dealership goals for appointments and conversions.
