Timberland Ford in Perry, Florida seeks an Automotive Internet Sales Consultant to join our new car sales team. You will respond to internet leads, build rapport via email, phone and text, and help customers schedule visits to the dealership.

Ideal candidates have internet or automotive sales experience, excellent written and verbal communication, solid CRM skills, and a friendly, organized, and self-motivated approach.

• Prior internet or automotive sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and CRM proficiency.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat messages.
• Build rapport with customers through email, phone, and text communication.
• Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate and detailed notes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs.
• Follow up on unsold leads and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed dealership goals for appointments and conversions.
