STONE CHEVROLET BUICK GMC in Tulare, CA is hiring a motivated vehicle salesperson. Prior automotive experience isn’t required; a proven sales background in any industry qualifies you. We provide comprehensive training and a healthy commission structure tied to performance.

The role focuses on floor opportunities and converting internet leads within our internet team. You’ll engage via email, text, social media, and phone, and you’ll receive training to excel in product knowledge and the sales

• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must pass background and comprehensive drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Take floor opportunities through our sales process.
• Call internet leads, invite and appointment at a high rate.
• Compose emails with creative messaging to convert leads into appointments.
• Demonstrate consultative selling and help customers select a vehicle.
• Develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of vehicles (new/used).
• Follow-up with buyers to generate referrals.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
• Bring a positive attitude to work every day.
