Courtesy Chevrolet Phoenix is seeking an Automotive Internet Sales Manager to lead online sales activities, internet lead generation, and digital customer interactions. The role manages all 9 Courtesy Dealerships in Phoenix, Tucson, and San Diego, driving conversion and CRM-driven results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales experience required.
• Experience leading a team or supervising others.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and internet lead management tools.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet sales leads from dealership websites, third-party providers, social media, and manufacturer sources.
• Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Develop processes to maximize lead conversion and appointment-setting performance.
• Monitor team performance: lead response times, appointment and show rates, sales conversions.
• Train and motivate sales consultants on internet sales techniques and CRM usage.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and General Manager to achieve dealership goals.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, pricing, financing, and product information.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction throughout the process.
