Job summary

The Five Star Automotive Group is seeking an Internet Department Manager to lead our sales team with a strong internet showroom focus. This role emphasizes managing and coaching a team to convert online interest into showroom visits, while leveraging technology to engage customers.

You will drive lead engagement, structure deals, and ensure prompt follow-up, supported by an experienced coaching team and in-house advertising support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Assign and manage leads to maximize engagement and conversions, teaching your team to do the same.
• Collaboration: Conduct weekly meetings and daily one-on-ones with salespeople to boost engagement and teamwork.
• Deal Structuring: Work deals effectively to reduce lag time from inquiry to information and secure appointments.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups on leads; comfortable calling customers and handling calls professionally.
