Crossroads Ford of Siler City is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to own the sales pipeline, turning clicks into appointments and deals. You will lead a team, optimize performance, and maximize every lead within a fast-paced dealership setting.

You’ll drive digital campaigns, set showrooms appointments, coach staff, and track targets to ensure aggressive growth and a strong lead flow. This role offers a competitive pay plan and comprehensive benefits.
