Job summary

Crossroads-Ford of Siler City, North Carolina, seeks an Internet Sales Manager to own the online sales funnel, turning clicks into appointments and appointments into deals. You will lead a team, optimize performance, and ensure every lead is maximized.

• Desk deals, review terms, and support vehicle delivery
• Lead, coach, and motivate the Internet Sales team
• Track performance and ensure targets are met
