Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant at our Subaru of Ontario location to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will handle internet leads, set demonstrations, and guide customers with product information and cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in automotive sales (including finance & insurance), strong communication, and a proven ability to hit sales quotas. We offer weekly pay, commissions, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of automotive sales experience including finance and insurance.
• Prior automotive sales experience.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to hit sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Set appointments for vehicle demonstrations with internet leads
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's profitability and product penetration
