Martin Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant for Subaru of Dayton. This role focuses on handling internet leads, setting up vehicle demonstrations, and guiding customers to information resources. You will participate in on-the-floor sales and assist walk-in customers.

We offer paid brand-certified training and a full benefits package. Competitive pay potential ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, with weekly pay and commissions.

• Sales experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to hit sales quotas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
