This full-time role requires strong communication, CRM skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You will contribute to a fast-paced team focused on delivering an exceptional buying experience and achieving daily and weekly appointment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, or sales coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails.

• Set qualified sales appointments and confirm details with customers.
• Keep accurate records in CRM of all interactions and follow-ups.
• Proactively follow up with customers who have shown interest but not yet scheduled.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly contact and appointment goals.
