Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Installation Technician in New Hampshire to service tires, oil changes, and under-hood maintenance. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong communication with customers and team members.

The technician will follow VIP processes, complete required trainings, and ensure work orders and MPI documentation are accurately maintained during daily operations.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information to customers clearly and respond to questions.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, oil changes, and under-hood maintenance.
• Ensure a valid Service Work Order is initiated and displayed with the vehicle.
• Complete MPIs and participate in the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process.
• Return unused parts to the Desk Team after service completion.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with VIP policies.
