Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide automotive tire services and maintenance per service orders.
• Ensure a valid Service Work Order is started and displayed during service.
• Complete MPIs and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process.
• Order needed parts from the Desk Team and return unused parts after service.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper shop housekeeping.
• Attend trainings and maintain ASE certifications as required by VIP.
