• 1+ year of call center or relevant experience
• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Solid Microsoft Office experience
• Strong time management and organization skills

• Team-oriented and flexible with schedules

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to established customers, promoting products and services
• Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy
• Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities
• Enhance product knowledge through training and self-learning
• Provide frontline support, including technical questions
• Enter quotes and process orders accurately
• Serve as first point of contact for customer service issues
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers
• Meet daily phone metrics set by management
