Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a General Manager to lead the center’s overall operation, risk management, and teammate development, ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs.

The role focuses on monitoring financial metrics, driving client satisfaction, and sustaining high performance in a fast-paced automotive service environment, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or mobile service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and MVR checks.
• Strong understanding of repair processes and OEM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operation including risk management, teammate development, and administration.
• Monitor and review financial performance metrics and identify trends.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs and guidelines.
• Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
• Drive client metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction.
