Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a General Manager to oversee the center’s operation, risk management, teammate development, metrics, production and administration, ensuring safety, quality and profitability.

You will lead a hands-on team, manage financial performance, and drive process improvement while upholding Protech’s SOPs, industry guidelines and customer service standards. Benefits include day‑one coverage, weekly pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration
• Monitor current financial performance metrics and review previous month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends
• Ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with SOPs and industry guidelines
