Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a General Manager to oversee the center's operations, risk management, and team development. You will monitor client metrics, production, and administration while ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs and partner guidelines.

You will lead, recognize, and retain talent, review monthly financial results, and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive or mobile business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center's overall operation, including production, safety, and administration.
• Manage risk, client metrics, and financial performance.
• Develop teammates through coaching, rewards, and recognition.
• Monitor and review monthly financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOP and partner guidelines
