Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Automotive General Service Technician to join our team in Medina, United States. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
2. Conducting vehicle inspections and recommending repairs.
3. Changing, mounting, and installing tires, including wheel removal, tire repair, and balancing.
4. Carrying out basic maintenance like battery installations and brake services.
5. Performing wheel alignments and scheduled maintenance.
6. Communicating effectively with customers about their vehicle needs.
7. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service.
8. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
9. Staying updated on automotive technologies.
10. Assisting in training junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

1. A high school diploma or GED.
2. Proven automotive experience, preferably in technician or tire services.
3. A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
4. Ownership of basic mechanic's tools or willingness to acquire them.
5. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
6. Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
7. Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
8. Commitment to ongoing learning and adaptability.
9. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
10. Excellent organizational skills and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
