107 Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an entry-level General Service Technician to service guest vehicles with a focus on quality and guest experience. You will participate in our training program to gain certification across offered services, preparing you for advancement within the team.

Starting as an GST, you will promote teamwork, communicate clearly with guests, and help maintain a clean, safe service area while learning through hands-on coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians
