EasyCare Recruiting is seeking a results-focused General Sales Manager for a Randallstown dealership. You will lead the sales team, set targets, and align with leadership to achieve growth.

The role requires at least 5 years in dealer management with a track record in driving CSI, retention and revenue. You will partner with Marketing to implement strategy and foster a competitive, customer-focused culture.
