Qualifications

• 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with SOPs and industry guidelines.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and identify opportunities and trends.
