Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive or mobile business.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• 21+ years of age or older.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall center operations and administration.
• Manage risk and ensure safe, profitable vehicle repair operations.
• Develop and retain teammates; recognize and reward performance.
• Monitor and review monthly financial metrics and client metrics.
• Ensure repairs meet Protech’s SOPs and industry guidelines.
