Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, risk management, and teammate development. You will handle client metrics, production, and administration, while ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs and industry guidelines.

Lead by example in customer service, manage financial performance, and drive career growth for the team. Must meet licensing and pre-employment screening requirements and be at least 21 years old.

Formación

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Advanced understanding of estimates; prior experience with OEM; knowledge of repair processes and scanning.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Monitor and review monthly financial performance to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely and profitably following SOPs and industry guidelines.
• Reward, recognize and retain talented teammates; lead by example in customer service and teamwork.
