Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; 8+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of dealership experience at a department manager level; knowledge of department operations to ensure profitability.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements and ensures compliance with organization policies and goals.
• Directs and coordinates promotion of services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Analyzes department budgets to maximize profit opportunities or minimize costs.
• Reviews activity, operating and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations.
• Promotes recruitment and development of dealership managers and non-management employees.
