Job summary

Don Ringler Automotive is seeking a friendly receptionist/cashier to be the voice and face of the dealership in Temple, Texas. You’ll engage visitors, handle basic office duties, and help maintain a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Candidate should demonstrate reliability, professionalism and a potential to grow with the organization. Training is provided for this role within a family‑oriented dealership culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 months of related experience or training preferred.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.
• Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
• Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business.
• Update telephone directory.
• Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates.
• Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Attend department meetings.
• Ability to work weekends and certain holidays as required.
