Job summary

Classic Toyota and Mercedes-Benz of Tyler seeks a friendly receptionist to be the voice and face of our dealership. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and support daily front-desk operations.

This role emphasizes reliability, professional appearance, and a service-oriented mindset. Previous experience is welcome, but potential and readiness to learn are valued.

You'll work in a team-oriented environment and have opportunities to grow within the dealership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Follow receptionist processes and procedures.
• Perform clerical duties: typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and sorting mail.
• Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business.
• Update telephone directory.
• Direct clients to lounge and refer to staff for vehicle status updates.
• Diffuse client concerns and route to appropriate team member.
• Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports.
• Attend department meetings.
