Job summary

Johnson Motors of Menomonie Inc is seeking a full-time Receptionist to support the team with appointment scheduling and phone coverage. This role includes greeting customers, checking in, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Core Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401K with match, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, coordinating appointments.

• Update pricing in the systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate to 3rd party team as needed.
