Job summary

Ken Garff American Fork Chevrolet is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones within three rings, and transfer calls promptly in a fast-paced dealership. You’ll provide courteous service and maintain a professional appearance.

The company offers paid training, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:30pm, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid time off, and a year-end bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Receptionist experience; automotive dealership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong computer skills including inventory software, Internet, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs

Responsibilities

• Answer phones within three rings and transfer calls to the appropriate destination
• Take messages when the desired person is unavailable
• Greet and assist walk-in customers promptly with professional service
• Provide excellent customer service by listening and resolving inquiries
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Call customers when license plates arrive and keep a license plate log
• File and organize documents as needed
• Other duties as assigned
