Ken Garff Automotive Group is hiring a Sales Receptionist for Big Star Dodge, a Ken Garff dealership, to greet visitors and manage front-desk operations with professionalism. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate phone handling, and timely coordination with other departments to support dealership processes.

Ideal candidates bring prior receptionist experience, especially in automotive settings, along with strong computer skills and a neat, professional appearance.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous Receptionist experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong computer skills including usage of Inventory Control software, Internet and Microsoft Office Suite A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards Flexibility in schedule, to accommodate business needs

• Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination
• Takes messages from customer when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request
• Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly; provides timely, friendly, professional service
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
• Maintain a professional appearance always
• Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
