Ken Garff Audi Lehi is seeking a friendly Sales Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment in Utah. You will support sales and service teams, manage messages, and maintain a professional front-desk presence.

The ideal candidate has previous receptionist experience, strong communication skills, and a courteous demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous Receptionist experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally within three rings and transfer callers.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a timely, courteous manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service by listening and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Call customers when license plates arrive and log accurately.
• Other duties as assigned by the team.
