Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group's Audi Lehi dealership is seeking a friendly Sales Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer calls and coordinate referrals. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional service and accurate information in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a track record of dependable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous receptionist experience preferred, automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills including Inventory Control software, Internet and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and transfer to the right destination.
• Take messages when the requested person is unavailable.
• Greet walk-in customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Listen to inquiries, ask questions to identify needs and resolve concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Call customers when license plates arrive and log entries for accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
