Job summary

Ken Garff St. George Ford, part of Ken Garff Automotive Group, is seeking a Fleet Assistant to greet customers and coordinate service, sales, and parts needs. You will handle phones, walk-ins, and inquiries with a focus on creating a loyal, lifetime customer experience.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with a competitive compensation package and benefits including 401k, insurance, flexible spending and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with a PC, inventory software, internet and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally within three rings and route calls.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with timely, friendly service.
• Listen to inquiries, identify needs, and resolve concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and better operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manage mail daily.
• Assist with reporting sales to Manufacturer and tracking incentives.
