Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive finance, fleet leasing, or commercial vehicle financing experience.
• Knowledge of lease servicing and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process lease documents for renewals, rewrites, extensions, and modifications.
• Respond to customer and dealer inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems.
• Manage end-of-lease options, renewals, payoffs, and account resolutions within 30 days of maturity.
• Coordinate tax documentation and ensure regulatory compliance while minimizing risk.
