Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Training Specialist to educate automotive service teams on the MyKaarma SLT product suite and related processes. You will directly engage end users, guide them through roles, and tailor sessions to dealer operations, ensuring adoption of the software across the network.

You will conduct several trainings daily, coordinate post-session follow-ups, and document progress while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality training experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of automotive dealership fixed operations experience in roles such as Service Advisor, Technician, Parts Counterperson, Service Manager, or equivalent.
• 2 years of automotive software consulting, installing/training experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and urgency in responses to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and dealer practices.

Responsibilities

• Educate end users on their roles and MyKaarma products.
• Conduct multiple daily training sessions for existing customers.
• Manage post-training steps, including scheduling follow-ups and documenting progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional training experience.
