Job summary

GoFi, a digitally focused auto finance company, invites a Dealer Specialist to join our Dallas Operation Center. You will cultivate dealer relationships nationwide, support indirect auto finance sales, and ensure deals align with risk and profitability guidelines.

You will educate dealers on GoFi programs, present acceptable deal structures, and coordinate with the Funding team to resolve paperwork. This role emphasizes autonomy, initiative, and relationship-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and time management skills in fast-paced environment.
• Operate autonomously and be a self-starter.
• Ability to build relationships with dealer customers and maintain trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with dealers through daily conversations and solicitations; provide exceptional customer service and timely communications.
• Communicate credit decisions to dealers to drive incremental sales volume.
• Educate dealer representatives on our program.
• Provide deal structures acceptable to all parties to the deal.
• Establish and track monthly purchase objectives for assigned dealers.
• Assist Funding team with resolution of documentation issues.
