Upgrade Inc. in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX seeks a Dealer Development Manager to grow our indirect auto lending partnerships. You will develop dealer relationships, educate partners on programs, and drive onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth across a defined territory.

You will visit dealers, onboard new partners, and work with underwriting to structure compelling deals, while tracking performance and providing market insights to optimize profitability and risk management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in indirect auto finance, auto sales, or related field
• Strong understanding of credit tiers, loan structuring, and dealership operations
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing dealer partners
• Act as trusted advisor to dealership owners, GMs, and F&I managers
• Conduct regular in-person dealership visits based on a structured drive schedule
• Deliver consistent follow-up and service to ensure dealer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify, onboard, and activate new dealer partners
• Drive dealer sign-ups and first deals, and re-engage inactive dealers
• Achieve monthly funding and application volume goals
• Increase contracts per active dealer and overall territory production
• Coach dealers on program guidelines and deal packaging to improve pull-through
• Monitor dealer portfolio performance and manage dealer mix to align with risk and profitability goals
• Provide market insights and best practices through ongoing product training
• Maintain a disciplined weekly drive schedule and track activity in CRM
• Participate in team calls and performance reviews
