The role involves assisting the controller, supervising office staff, preparing month-end close, handling payroll, audits, depreciation, and ensuring timely reporting while maintaining compliance and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or commensurate experience.
• Two years of dealership office experience.
• Working knowledge of dealership financial statements.
• Ability to explain technical financial information clearly.
• Authorized to work in USA and pass pre-employment checks.
• Experience with internal/external audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist controller with monthly financial statements and timely payroll processing.
• Interpret and analyze financial statements continually.
• Supervise office staff including receptionist and cashier.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations for all accounts.
• Coordinate and prepare audit information for internal/external audits.
• Complete end-of-month accounting reports and depreciation calculations.
• Maintain fixed assets and accruals for expenses.
• Provide back-up for cashier and receptionist.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and pass pre-employment checks.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
